No part of this site or its contents may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission from the artist.
2. TERMS OF ACCESS
By accessing this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Art Mira Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial exploitation of any content, including selling or modifying the artwork, is strictly prohibited.
3. RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Original Artwork & Custom Orders: Due to the unique nature of original paintings and custom commissions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Art Kits (Made to Order): Each Art Kit is custom-prepared upon order. Due to this personalized process and for health and safety reasons, Art Kits are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the order is processed or the package is opened.

Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. To report damage during shipping, you must contact us at info@art-mira.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number.

Photos of the damaged item.

Photos of the packaging (even if it doesn't look damaged).
5. WORKSHOPS & CLASSES
For local workshops in Wallington, NJ, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The site is provided on an "as-is" basis. Art Mira Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Art Mira Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. Our maximum liability is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All claims and disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. The parties hereby agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Bergen County, New Jersey.
