Returns & Cancellations Policy

Original Artwork

All sales of original paintings are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of the art, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@art-mira.com.

To report damage, please include:

Your order number.

Photos of the damaged item.

Photos of the packaging (even if the box isn't visibly damaged).

Workshops and Art Classes

For local workshops in Wallington, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

Art Kits (Made to Order)

Each Art Kit is custom-prepared upon order. Due to this personalized process and for health and safety reasons, Art Kits are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the order is processed or the package is opened.
